Why Dreamstay Villa

Not all villas are the same, over the years we have stayed in a few where the design and layout didn’t work,  the location of the Air Conditioning vents was poor, the A/C units were undersized and could not cool the house, pool heaters could not heat the pool on the colder days and there was nowhere to sit outside for long periods as there is no shade. This were just a few of the issues we found and we wanted a home where you could have all of the above and more.

Dreamstay Villa is 2200sqft of luxury living, the house design won awards when it was built, the design was well thought out and put together. We are situated on Orange Tree a peaceful and tranquil community on H/W 27 just 3 miles North of US192.

Located on a large corner plot with an extended pool deck, large south facing pool and spa, a gas pool heater that works in all weathers - even on the coldest days you will have a nice inviting swimming pool and hot bubbling spa. The pool area is surrounded by bushes and tropical plants and is secluded  and has a large lanai which gives allows guests to spend endless hours outdoors come rain or shine. With the addition of 2 ceiling fans and lights, comfy dining furniture and loungers and TV connection points. Many of our guests enjoy dining on the lanai even in the rain thus enabling you to make the most of outdoor living. We provide a charcoal BBQ for use during your stay (a gas BBQ can also be hired). Dreamstay is the perfect place to spend whole days or just a few hours between visits to the many theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants - all close by.

Dream Stay Villa has cathedral ceilings, full house air conditioning, heating system and ceiling fans throughout. A large porch welcomes you and with security high on our list of priorities we operate a keyless front door system, unlike some management companies that operate a one key fits all system, meaning staff can access any home with the same key. We also have a state of the art talking alarm system where codes for both the front door and alarm are changed after every guests, all other codes for our housekeeper etc will be disabled during your stay.

There are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms - making it very attractive for two families sharing for large families or for smaller groups looking for space and luxury. The master bedroom has private access onto the pool deck, the bedroom has a TV, DVD player  and streaming device. The Kingsize bed is an absolute joy to sleep on. There is a walk in wardrobe, twin vanities, Roman bath tub, walk in shower and separate toilet. The Queen room has a queen size bed, wardrobes, TV, DVD player and streaming device, adjoining bathroom with vanity, large walk in shower and toilet and access to the pool area. The twin bedrooms have two twin beds in each - wardrobes and TV’s and streaming devices, they share a bathroom with tub and shower, vanity and toilet.

There are 2 living areas - the master lounge - on the same wing as the master bedroom, without a TV should you wish some alone time reading, catching up on emails or listening to music and the Florida room which has a large 65 inch TV, DVD player and streaming device to enjoy Amazon prime video, Sling TV or you can log in to the streaming service you use at home. Both rooms have comfortable seating and are carpeted.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large twin door refridgerator/freezer, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, two coffee machines - one filter machine and one Keurig.  Saucepans, crockery, cutlery etc is provided so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour in one of the three dining areas, one is a formal area, one is a breakfast Nook and the third is on the pool deck under the lanai. There is a utility room with washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The utility room leads into the games room with full size pool table, air hockey, foosball and an elliptical trainer for those wishing to stay in shape.

We believe that we have a great home and we want our guests to walk in and think WOW, you will enjoy a large home with lots of added amenities many of which you may not even notice, as you walk up the porch a light will switch on to welcome you and to enable you to see the keypad at night, we have extractor fans in all bathrooms and the kitchen, there is a full house intercom system from which you can play the radio throughout the home and on the pool deck. We try and provide everything that you need during your stay, we provide all towels and linens and our home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. We can also arrange for mid stay cleans should your require one at a small cost.

Situated on an award winning community we are surrounded by every conceivable amenity, there are numerous dine in restaurants, take away restaurants, coffee shops, doughnut shop, library, gas stations, banks, golf courses, cinema, pharmacies, weekly farmers market, gym, winery (where they do tours of the vineyard), State National Park with manmade white beaches and so much more all within a short drive. There is a Publix supermarket which is within walking distance and a Walmart Superstore just a few minutes drive away. Everything that you could need is within a short drive - a car in Florida is a must but with free parking at most locations (apart from the Parks) driving is a pleasure.

Our Orlando vacation rental is strictly a NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed home.
